To Gaze Upon The Lord...

.. is to set the eyes of the heart upon the living God; to behold His glory shining in the face of Christ. This Jesus who was lifted up on the Cross and who won for us so great a salvation draws us to Himself by the power of His love…a love that knows no boundaries nor diminishes with time. It is this enduring love of God that truly satisfies the deepest yearnings of the human heart. In our frantic and hectic world it is the Holy Spirit who beckons all peoples to gaze upon the Lord, to lift the soul to God and to discover with joy - Truth and Life.

It is our hope that through the musical reflections on this album we would all continually turn our heart’s gaze to God through the Son, that we may know Him, believe in Him, hope in Him, and adore Him.

Since earliest Christian tradition to our own day, the People of God have found in the person and example of the Virgin Mary encouragement, inspiration, and consolation. She who was so intimately joined to the life and mission of her Son, Jesus, has been shown a special honor and affection by the Christian faithful. We, too, wish to express in song and meditation a very tender love to that most holy of women, the Mother of God, she who leads us so perfectly to gaze upon the Lord.
